it utilizes the round-to-square technique while allowing customers to use one set of rollers to produce all square pipe range within the set range, and shared-use break-down section rollers when producing round pipe, saving significant roller cost and increase productivity. Combined with our ZTF technique, it allows full automatic adjustment of roller position with minimum to none need of manual adjustment, reducing labor maintenance cost and risk of hazard.

Main Features

To achieve intelligent and flexible manufacturing, three systems are needed:

1. Electronic control system: Highly automated one-button operation.

2. Cloud End System: Data transmission is achieved by connecting PLC main station with network. Data can be monitored and modified on the APP/PC.

3. Mechanical System: Round-to-square Share-roller technique.

A. Highly automated mechanical structure
* The technology of Round-to-square without replacing molds overturns the structure of conventional Round-to-square, connects the roller to the sleeve/stand, drives roll sleeve/rack opening and closing through motor to share rollers.
* Mould sharing is realized through mechanical structure optimization.

B. Highly automated roller quick-change structure
When producing round pipe, hydraulic quick-change system to quickly dissemble transmission shaft

C. Highly automated roller position adjustment
* Precise control and positioning are achieved by using a full range of encoders to control each motor. The data of each roll can be modified and saved through the display.
* During adjustment, the motor will be directly protected against collision and offside, which can avoid serious accidents.
